DIAMOND POLISHING AGENTS - DIAMOND SUSPENSIONS

Diamond polishing suspension: Liquimant® Spezial

The TOP product among Diamond suspensions in metallography regarding its high Diamond concentration. A Diamond suspension for the highest demands on removal rate and surface quality. Very narrow particle size distribution. Water-based.

Available in units of: 100, 250, 500 ml. Grain sizes: 0.25, 1, 3, 6, 9, 15, 30, 45 µ

Diamond suspension: Liquimant® P-2000

Very high diamond concentration. Particularly low-viscosity diamond suspension suitable for spraying and metering systems. High-quality polycrystalline diamond. Minimum grain size range distribution. Water-based.

Available in units of: 250, 500, 1000, 2500 ml. Grain sizes: 0.25, 1, 3, 6, 9, 15µ

Diamond suspension: Liquimant® - COLOR

Very high diamond concentration. High-quality, close-toleranced, mono-crystalline diamond. Theses diamond suspensions are colored to make it easier to distinguish the different grain sizes. Water-based.

Diamond suspension: Liquimant® - M

Diamond suspension with high diamond concentration, monocrystalline diamond, water-based. With this diamond suspension, the price-conscious user gets an attractive product.

Available in units of 1000, 2500 ml. Grain sizes: 0.25, 1, 3, 6, 9, 15µ

Diamond concentrate: DIP-Fluid-Plus®

Diamond concentrate. Monocrystalline diamond. Grain sizes are to be distinguished by different colors. A concentrate extremely economical in application. Just a few drops are enough to saturate a polishing cloth. Also suitable for the re-impregnation of our DIP® cloths.

Diamond suspension: Liquimant® - FS plus

This diamond suspension (0.15 micron) has been especially developed for the final polishing of grind samples. It is an alternative to the conventional SiO2 final polishing suspensions and is particularly suited to REM or EDX analyses. Water-based.
