DIAMOND POLISHING AGENTS - SPECIAL POLISHING CLOTHS

We offer our customers a particularly wide range of self-adhesive polishing cloths.

Our assortment ranges from low-priced polishing cloths in good quality to extremely high-quality polishing cloths. They are also suitable for the finishing process of optical glasses. All our polishing cloths have a very high service lifetime and are therefore offered in single-packets.

Polishing cloths for material testing

Makroflex

Very hard polishing cloth used for pre-polishing, high abrasive performance, excellent edge definition, long service life, recommended for diamond grain from 15μ to 1μ.

Available in diameters 200, 250, 300 mm, 5 pieces each. / Packet

Silkoflex

Medium hard synthetic fiber cloth, very good edge definition for embedded samples, recommended for diamond grain from 6μ to 0.25μ.

Uniflex

Medium hard synthetic fiber cloth, good durability, high abrasion, good edge definition, for diamond grain 6μ to 1μ.

Mikromant®

Chemically resistant polishing cloth made of synthetic fiber for final polishing with diamond grain or polishing oxides. Very long service lifetime, very good edge definition. Available with smooth or with a studded surface. Diamond 1μ - 0.05μ (Grind samples do not get attached so fast when using the studded polishing cloth)
